PhD in Nursing from the Rovira i Virgili University (URV) mention cum laude (2018). Nurse specialist in "Family and Community Nursing", with academic training that includes a Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) from the URV (2013), a Master's in Primary Care Nursing from the University of Barcelona, Master's in Nutrition by the Autonomous University of Barcelona and a postgraduate degree in Health Promotion and Risks in Adolescence by the University of Girona.
At this moment, professor in the Department of Nursing at Rovira i Virgili University and coordinator of the Degree in Nursing at the Vilafranca del Penedès branch of the same university's Faculty of Nursing. In the field of research, he has completed postdoctoral stays at the University of Andorra, where he developed a teaching innovation project. In addition, activation in two research projects financed by the Health Research Fund (FIS) of the Ministry of Health: the RESTAURA project ("Cultural Ecosystem Services, Health and Welfare in Urban and Peri-urban Areas with Petrochemical Clusters") and the RETCOV project ("Challenges of Primary Health Care during the COVID-19 Pandemic: Community Health and Social Participation"). Both projects aim to contribute to the advancement of scientific knowledge and the improvement of the National Health System.
Member of the recognized research group SGR 161 Advanced Nursing "Caring" of the Rovira i Virgili University.
Research lines: Impact of pharmacological treatments, public and environmental health. Risks and prevention in adolescence, and design and evaluation of methodologies in clinical nursing practices.
